Frank was born and raised in Livingston, Montana. He has owned and operated O’Connor Auto Body and NAPA for over 20 years, following in his father’s footsteps. After graduating from Park High School, Frank played in a number of bands, including the MAX. After he met his wife, Karen, they moved back to Livingston and raised Crae, their daughter, here. He is looking forward to watching his grandson attend the same high school that he attended and his Uncle Bill taught at for 20+ years. Frank has served on a number of local boards in the past, including the County Planning Board during the creation of the current Growth Policy. He understands community concerns, and has been an advocate for reasonable policies surrounding growth, development, and common sense solutions to the everyday issues faced by our people. He will be an advocate for these policies and brings a practical, solutions-oriented mindset to the position. He is looking forward to working together with community members to ensure folks born and raised here can still live here alongside folks who have come to love this place as their home. Together, we can make a difference.
